missingWrote a review on 25 Novideal locationgood breakfastcramped roomhousekeeping limitationsinconsistent hot water
The location was ideal, situated in a vibrant area close to public transport and local restaurants. Enjoyed the local jams served at breakfast. The room felt a bit cramped, and there were limitations with housekeeping, as towels were only changed upon request. Inconsistent hot water made the showers less pleasant. It's a decent option for a short visit, but you might want to consider the overall value given these issues.

Hotel as a whole is charming old, I enjoyed it.
The rooms are a nice size and brand-new with a balcony, everything is perfectly fine. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic and adequate with classical music on the radio, had good food. The location is exceptionally nice, 2 km from a prominent public square.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. We had a comfortable room with enough space. Breakfast is good and extensive. The location is perfect in a very nice and lively (student) district. Several nice bars and eating places nearby. Hotel has parking facility. Good value for your money.
Sanitary fittings are outdated. I am quite tall and could not stand up straight under shower.

I almost considered giving this hotel a decent review, until i noticed the malfunctioning shower that soaked everything nearby, not to mention the umcomfortably low ceiling light that decided to play with my hair. Of course, a complimentary upgrade would have been nice, but i suppose that's too much to ask for as a guest here.

Very friendly staff, a nicely fitted large bedroom, and excellent breakfasts.
The bathroom was really clean when we arrived, but the daily cleaning wasn't really thorough. We would have liked clean towels at least once during our four-night stay. There were nuts and water in our room on arrival, but these weren't replenished or refreshed during our stay. Details count!

The location is very convenient and selection of teas for breakfast is above your expectations.
All floors but the last one with single rooms has elevators. There was neither litter bin, nor the door in the bathroom.

I had a lovely time with a spacious room and a fantastic breakfast spread, but the street noise in the mornings was a bit much. Would definitely return!

It was nicely presented and close to the city. Bustling university life was great to watch!
Not good Internet connection

The location is right in the center, surrounded by some great non-touristic spots to eat. The room's size exceeds most cramped European hotel options.
The AC was practically non-existent. The shower was a nightmare, blocking and flooding the bathroom for two out of three nights.

Our hearts sank a little at the sight of the unprepossessing entrance to the hotel but once we had mounted the rather scruffy staircase to the reception area things improved.. Friendly, helpful staff, decent rooms and good breakfasts; perfectly ok for a couple of nights in Munich. A few minutes walk to the Englischer Garden and its beer gardens.
